Pastor Billy says: learn the story of St. Lawrence deacon of Rome circa 3th century he was martyrd for Christ.
The Prefect of Rome, a greedy pagan, thought the Church had a great fortune hidden away. So he ordered Lawrence to bring the Church's treasure to him. The Saint said he would, in three days. Then he went through the city and gathered together all the poor and sick people supported by the Church. When he showed them to the Prefect, he said: "This is the Church's treasure!"

The Catholic Church is a prefigurement of the kingdom to come. That is why all Christians need to be joined to her. It is not enough to thing you already belong to some invisible entity as taught in Protestantism.
With regards to monetary wealth, after being around for 2000 years as the real Chruch of Christ I'd think you could find a price tag for that.
I have to ask to what purpose do you require this information?

The Catholic Church is the single largest, wealthiest and secretive organization on planet Earth, with estimated assets of over $3,000 Billion.
See:
http://one-faith-of-god.org/final_testament/end_of_darkness/truth/truth_0030.htm
The Vatican is by far the largest holder of land titles for any organisation or government in the world with visible title to around US $316 Billion of property (churches, schools, hospitals etc) and around US $2,623 Billion of investment property hidden in an extremely complex networks of hundreds of thousands of trusts and front companies.
The current market property value of Vatican City, in the heart of Rome alone is worth between US $1 Billion and $3 Billion. This excludes the value of the priceless artworks and valuables stored within its walls.
The most valuable property holdings of the Catholic Church by nation is the United States with around $50 Billion in visible property holdings and around $507 Billion in hidden property holdings through a massively complex network of front companies and trusts.
For example, the archdiocese of Los Angeles has "visible" assets of around $450 million to $550 million and Boston around $750 million to $850 million. But this is just the tip of the golden iceberg.
While we may never know the true and staggering wealth of the church, two facts are certain: (1) The Catholic Church steadfastly refuses to be an open book to its global wealth and (2) has not shown the slightest interest in using its massive wealth to solve world poverty and massive problems once and for all.

Material? Don't know.
Spiritual? I'm still learning about my religion. So it's all good since we learn about Jesus and are encouraged to spread the Good News and live as Jesus taught.
God in our mids, hearts and always on our lips.

I agree that that is an awfully broad question. You need to focus that one a little bit for me...way too much to try to cover here.

If you're thinking of sueing the church, forget it. The Bush Adminstration has been blocking lots of direct claims made agains the church and the Vatican for a while now.
