Slightly less unhealthy. Trans Fats are more difficult for our systems to break down and digest because of their structure; now the fat is easier to digest.

I am a health nut however I occasionally indulge in Fast Food. The only fast foods I recommend are KFC occasionally not more than once a month and Arby's also not more than once a month.

No, that means its slightly heather. Trans fats are artificial fat, usually with a longer shelf life, also very bad for your heart, so getting rid of them would be very beneficial for your diet.

well, trans fat is one of the worst things for your body, because you can't even process it. the fact that KFC has trans fat free meals is fantastic, but that doesn't mean that its healthy. eat there only on occasion.

It's still fat and grease. Just go to the site and look at the nutrition board. Yuck. I'm not keen on fast "food". Most of it is not food, in my opinion.
