As for target weight loss thats on you.Depending on the weight placement I don't think 130 pounds is a bad weight for a female at 5'7". Some simple changes are definitely in the diet. the diet is the most important. You need to cut all unhealthy foods. A good rule of thumb is if it's not naturally produced in nature than don't eat it , this includes bread. This rule gives you a whole world of food to choose from. Next is to make 6 small meals instead of three.Drink a lot of water. Multiply your bodyweight by .66 and drink at least that many ounces a day. Snack on things like banana chips if you must but try to stick to your meals. Try to include a healthy portion of everything, protein, carbs, and fats. for arm tonage you cando pushups all throughout the day, do half of your max every hour or two untill an hour before bed. You can also superset these with bodysquats in a hardcore circuit stlye at lunch. Do 1/4 or 1/5 of your max of one set of pushups and 1 set squats. Repeat 8 to 10 times, no rest. these mini workouts on top of your regular workout will add up.Also when you go to the store or work or whatever park away as far as possible and sprint to the door like their having a 75% off sale and take the stairs ( and by "take" I mean sprint). Doing these things may get you some strange looks but who will be laughing when you get into that itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini. For motivation try to get with a group of women at the same level as you who want the same goals, and put up pictures of women with your body type in the shape you want to be in.Put them in high traffic areas of your house. You can also set aside money for a self gift you can only have if you accomplish a particularly tough goal. This is just skimming the surface but it might help. Why don't you try riding a bicycle if your not getting a load of things or picking someone up?

11 pound loss would be fine.
You could safely loose to 119 pounds and stay within a normal weight range. You are currently within a normal weight range for your height. If you loose more than that you will be underweight.
Concentrate on what you put into your mouth. Keep a food diary. It will help keep you on track.
Eat all the low carb vegetable you want. No Potatoes, Corn or Peas. No breads. No rice.
Eat at least three ounces of protein per meal... eggs, lean chicken, beef, pork and fish.
Strength training will help burn fat as you build muscles. Don't worry it won't make you look muscular. Jogging or just simply walking every day will help burn fat.

Your goal weight should be about 120-110 lbs. Instead of eating 2 or 3 big meals in the day you should eat 5 or 6 small meals and spread the food out in the day. You should work with light weights as well to loose fat and build lean muscle, and to stay motivated just think of what you would look like if you lost that weight.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1. 130 is a healthy weight
2. If it's all fat then you should look to drop like five or ten pounds and as you do this you'll build muscle and it will seem like your not dropping a lot of weight but you'll look better, trust me.
3. Get a personal trainer. My dad's one and it's worth the money. A really good trainer will keep you coming back no matter how hard you know they'll work you

1) Don't try to loose wheight... you're great how you are, just get the look you want
2) Eat more fruits and veggies, they help alot. Also eat less red meat and more fish. Beans are good to eat too, they give protein without the calories in meat. Take walks, even just short ones around the neighborhood . Also, magazines like 'Shape' are great to get health and excersice tips and workout. Try getting into a sport or group workout (like areobics, pilates, yoga or even dance). If your younger or older you can enroll in sports like soccer.
3) First, set goals for yourself and meet them. For example, say "I'm going to lose 2 inches off my waist in 1 1\2 months". Then, reward yourself by doing something like getting a cappuccino at Starbucks or getting a cute, new bikini. Also, exercising with a group of friends or a family member can keep you motivated. Because people are naturally competitive, you'll feell obligated to keep going, even if you don't want to.

I'd give anything to be 130. That's a perfectly healthy weight for 5'7"... that's how tall I am and I weigh 155.
