In my experience, 3 out of 10 have some level of foot 'interest'. Also found that in women.
Typically (again in my experience) out of 10 women I meet, 3 are into it, 3 are NOT AT ALL into it, and 4 will go either way - depending on how it is presented.

It's common, and it is assumed to be the most common fetish. But it's not "out of ten" common, more like "out of 100" common. As far as I know (and trust me I've done tons of librarian-quality digging) there aren't any scientifically valid concrete numbers out there, though.

I have one!!
I love women's feet.
The problem is, most people are embarassed by it and won't admit it. I'm married, and my wife knows I love feet. She'll even point out when a woman is nearby in sandals, etc. if she has nice feet!
Especially like them in pantyhose...
