NO..... you will could desire to be conscious for a visa ahead and be common approximately any convictions. Then the american Embassy will decide the case on benefit and the guy with the record could be asked to attend an interview at a place desperate via the Embassy... while they have executed this interview and there study, they are going to make a determination and tell the guy with the record. If the Visa isn't granted there is an attraction technique which will prevail. often they like to correctly known what offence exceeded off and no count number if that's one which would be repeated in the States.. So no count number if that's drug appropriate or homicide, forget approximately it..... except that's spent.... Minor offences could be suitable.

British citizens do not need a Visa to enter the Us on holiday they use the Visa waiver system.Your Passport is the all important document here.Should you be going with a regular Tour Operator that will help. The immigration official will ask where you intend to stay and if you have return air ticket.I wouldnt worry to much about it your form is easily got in todays world and is only a minor offence.Enjoy your holiday

If you have even been arrested you must apply for a visa at the nearest US Embassy. Assuming you are from the UK, here is a link that might help.
If the offences were committed some time ago I doubt you will have a problem.

Depends on what country you are coming from, if its a visa waiver country (ie most of the EU) then you should be okay. If you are coming from a country where a visa is required, you should be prepared to bring evidence regarding your conviction and sentence to the visa interview. Only if the offense rises to the level of a crime of moral turpitude would it affect your visa application.

If you are a criminal you need NOT to come to the USA. You arent welcome here if you are a criminal.
If you are a peaceful person with a job and promise to return back to your home country, then Americans will welcome you in this great U S of A

if it's minor, then that's fine but if you've got a dead body in your luggage, then that's a different matter
