You dont need an energy drink. Like the others have said Milk and juice. I drank "energy drinks all the time. Until I became dependent. When you dont have the caffeine you get from those you will get bad headaches... and what's worse is that they will damage your liver. I wish someone would have told me that before I drank as much as I did. Now I most likely have the liver of an alcoholic and almost wrecked my car because when you drink too many it is almost as if you are on speed. They also are not good for your heart. My heart now has an irregular heartbeat.

What???? Your going to 5th grade and your concerned about what energy drink you should be drinking.

Drink.....Juices ...it has sugar and it gives pretty much the same "energy" as an energy drink b/c of the sugar in them. And then it will wear off just like an energy drink.

But honestly at ur age you should be worrying about other things.

((This is just silly))

Energy drinks are not good for kids. Your energy drink should be MILK. Why do you need an energy drink if your only in the 5th grade?? YOU should have lots of energy as it is.

Lets see that makes you what ten maybe eleven. Leave the energy drinks alone. they are only caffiene fake energy highs and you do not need that. you are too young to be worrying about not having any energy. you probably run circles around your parents so you are not lacking energy. Get some sleep and you will be fine.
