dont look at a diet as something to "go on". diet is a way of life not a sprint. you have to change your eating habits.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all I want to say that you weigh normal; just as much as an average 13 year old should weigh, but I know thats not really the response you wanted to hear and I also know personally how annoying it is to get these types of answers.

So I'm REALLY gonna answer your question. You know the basics, eat right, excersize, blah blah blah. But also try getting a hobby, something simple like scrapbooking or even the computer. It'll stop you from eating as much because mostly we get hungry because we're bored. As for exersize, find a picture of a REALISTICALLY thin model that you can look at to give you the motivation to actually keep exersizing.

Do you want to know how Beyonce lost alot of weight for her role in Dreamgirls? This may shock you, but its 100% true...

At 13 you should not be searching for a diet. Eat healthy, and stay active. That is all you need to do.

make healthy choices, but don't worry about calories. stay active for exercise. 114 might not be a lot if you're the right height. allow yourself to eat whatever you want once in a while. if everyone's eating pizza, have one slice. you can eat what you want, just don't eat too much.

114 pounds? I doubt you need to diet, unless you're a midget. (I am not trying to use the term "midget" offensively, just you would have to diet if you were that short).

age doesnt matter that much...height matters...at 5 feet u should be close to 100...for every inch added on, add on 5 lbs ....so a 5 ft 3 inch person would weigh about 115ish
