there is no such thing as a private person having a NATIONAL firearms concealed carry permit , concealed weapons permits are issued by the states , some states honor different states permits , / example as a concealed weapons permit holder in pa ( truth be told i am exempt from having one being a sworn police officer ) i can legally carry concealed in states such as Virgina , Florida , and Georgia just to name a few , these agreements are worked out by each states attorney general . but there is no NATIONAL concealed permit , that gives you privileges to carry in all 50 states

You have to be a "Officer of the Law" or a retired one to carry across state lines. Check each state law on state websites, or you can generally get a book with each state law at your local gun shop/ practice range. It's a hassle, but better than being arrested!

Join a branch of government that carries a concealed pistol as part of their job. Other than that, you're out of luck.

Have to find a place that is giving the class. The class lasts about 4 hours, you take a written test. Afterward you have to prove competency in shooting. Then you can apply for a license.
