You need to add carbohydrates at morning, as it will give you the fuel or energy for the day. Because you are doing exercises you need to add carbohydrates, the only source you had was at night, corn and cous cous , but it is not enough.
Add some low fat protein at lunch (corned beef, BBQ steak, grilled fish/chicken).

The more carbohydrates you had the more energy to burn the calories. Do you need to lose weight???

you are depriving yourself.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) so thats 1200cal/day.
unless you want to gain back more than lost then you better start eating more
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It looks fine! Very healthy! You don't need to loose weight. I'm your same height, except 13 and I weight 130. The range for me at my age is 120-140. At 17 it's probably 125-145

You're not eating enough and certainly not eating enough protein. You won't build muscles, lose fat or have pretty hair, or skin if you don't eat about 80 grams of protein a day. You're only getting about 40grams
