You are a perfect weight. Abs are very difficult to maintain. Abs of steel require a lot of machinery. Lower abs are defined with pelvic thrusts. Side abs are the most important and often the most underworked. SIde situps and stretches help with that.

In order to have more defined abs you must work the lower and side abs twice what you work the upper abs.

You need an exercise ball or something so that you can stretch back out as you do the situps. Laying on a flat surface that abs contract but never stretch back so you'll never develop the muscle as much.

Rolling your hips--like belly dancing or hula hooping are great for your core muscles as well.

Also when you do pushups, hold the pushup position for 10 seconds on each pushup. Either up or down (harder) doesn't matter.

Always sit or stand pulled up and in. When you relax and allow your stomach to sag out the muscles become not as taunt even if they are strong.
