We can't know what He looks like yet. Not until we see Him face to face and then we will know everything. He is not physical so I believe that the reason He calls Himself male is because He is our Heavenly Father and the Father of Jesus.

I don't know about dogs. I hope they go to heaven. A description of Heaven is in Revelation. There are people who claim to have died and come back. Read about their experiences on the Internet. "Beyond Death's Door", is one book that I have read.

What does God look like is a good question.
Jesus said, "if you have seen me...you have seen the Father (God) . Also in Genesis, we know that man was made in the image (mirror image) of God. So we have an idea that God has a form, similar to what we are used to seeing. He is not smoke or a cloud. In the beginning, before sin, Man meant
man+woman..they were not thought of as separate.

The bible doesn't really say, except in one passage. It mentions that the spirit of an animal returns to the dust.

Heaven is a place..Heaven has a City and there are homes there. All desire is met in heaven. Your reward is waiting for you there if you have made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life.

First of all, and this will probably turn you off to my answer, before you start asking thoelogical questions you need to ask yourself:
Is this pertinent to my salvation? Do you even believe in such things as God, Heaven, or whether or not a dog has a spirit or soul.
Understanding what and who God is is a matter of 'how much do you really want to know?'
When you know this then you could possibly begin to really discover that God is more down to earth, literally and figuratively speaking, than you may want to know.

Let me give you a quote: As man is God once was, as God is man may become.

Think that over for awhile.

Now, Understand if God truly is all knowing and truly understands what we deal with here on earth as human beings then surely he had to go through what we are going through now to understand us. How could a being who calls Himself God, our creator, our father, etc... really understand us if he didn't do this too?
Now most learned, and lettered, Christians would call this blasphemy, but not so because they really don't understand the Scriptures.
Yes, God is eternal, has always existed, and we are coeternal with him, we have always existed. After all, we couldn't have come from nothing and if we did have some absolute beginning then we must have an absolute end. How miserable and depressing to think we must simply cease to exist. I just don't understand why people belive this nihilistic doctrine. It is so hopeless and meaningless and useless.
We have had beginnings yet our "life's star had elsewhere its setting"(C.S. Lewis) and we will continue on after this life.
Life is too short to be trivial and frittered away on uselessness.
Heaven begins here on earth when we decide to do what we know to be the right thing to do in any given situation and enjoy the peace that comes from choosing the right way even if it's the most uncomfortable way.
I do believe all dogs go to heaven.
I also believe that nearly every person who has ever lived will go to a heaven, however heaven will be what one makes of life here on Earth. Everyone will have a perfect, immortal body sometime after death and will no longer suffer from injury, death, or sickness.
Hell will be the burning(fire) of regret of not having done better in mortal life, the stink(brimstone) of guilt from evil commited against his/her neighbor, and the bitterness of that lost time which has passed on Earth which was not used to better mankind - would have, could have, should have....but...didn't.
Even those who go to "hell" will be in a far better place, as our limited minds understand it, than where we are now on this Earth. They will also have perfect, immortal bodies but they will live forever knowing they could have done more with their mortal existence. these are those who never even tried to know God or His son, Jesus Christ.
Life is too short.
Go out and do something good today.

likely Kingly (the Father anyway). the Son was a Jew with the white cloak, and the Holy Spirit is invisible

obviously God is male-esque (He's described as neuter gender, having no genitals but looking and having the characteristics of a man, like say the father has a beard or a deep voice or something). the name would be "Goddess" otherwise

dogs don't go anywhere. animals don't have souls.

Heaven is described as emaculate and indescribeable in most cases. some who have had visions say that there is nothing but life there, that there are colours that do not exist within our human visible spectrum, the Bible says that its streets are paved with gold, God's presence resides there so obviously it will be wonderful.

God is a man with a body of flesh and bones. Christ is in His express image. When we see Him, we will see that we are like Him. Joseph Smith saw Him and testified of Him.
Dogs have spirits as we do. So do other animals. They will live beyond mortality as we will. They will be in heaven for they obey the law of their kingdom and creation. We may have animals testifying for or against us according to how we treated them in mortality.
Heaven is glorious beyond our comprehension. Even the lowest degree of glory is more glorious than we can imagine. The highest degree of glory defies description.
