I need some more homework help. Gracias, to those who helped last time ^_^ I got and A on my composition.

Now this time I have to write a letter. For the letter I need to know to say "**** came home yesterday, and she is doing better[physically]"

All my limited vocab could come up with was: **** vuelve al hogar ayer, y ella es más o menos bien.

Thanks, but I'm a little confused. Doesn't vino mean wine?

Yes, vino also means wine as well as the past of to come
he came = él vino
He drinks wine= el bebe vino

She came home yesterday_ Ella vino a casa ayer
and she s doing better-y está mejorando (fisicamente)

vino a casa ayer, y se está mejorando.

wine IS vino, but also the past tense of VENIR which is to come, but it's one of those verbs which root changes when one changes the tense. example:

she comes to breakfast every day = ella viene a desayunar todos los días

she came to breakfast yesterday = ella vino a desayunar ayer

good luck! from Guatemala
