Sorry, I just had to... someone suggested that atheists aren't "skilled" enough to believe in gods, so I thought I'd get several second opinions.

Ooh c'mon now... I'd say only about 5% of my answers are sarcastic. You haven't answered "yes" or "no" yet, ya know...

No.

:)

I read that, and . . . that wasn't a joke. Jokes are funny. That wasn't even an attempt at being funny. Take a class in comedy writing. It'll do ya' good, mantazma.

Anyway, where would atheists go to gain such skills? Obviously not church, right? Is there like a Belief Training Workshop Seminar somewhere? How do they measure if you've passed the training or not?

Just a joke, and I thought you guys were the humorous types.

Is is obviously a joke question, and since just about all of your answers are condescending sarcasm do I not have a right to not be serious on an whimsical post.

That being said, I like sarcasm especially witty sarcasm like you occasionally post.

It seems to me that the God a person believes in says a lot more about the person than it does about God. Some people seem to believe in a cranky, vengeful, petulant God. Others believe in a Big Parent in the Sky God. Some deny that there is any God at all. Some say God is Love. No, I don't think believing in a God requires that it be a good God, although many people insist that all that is good is God, and that all that is evil is a Devil or a Satan. I think if one specifies that the God is a Creator, then yes, it follows that everything would be the creation of the Creator. I like dreaming's answer. I think of "God" as "That Which Is." I am only a tiny drop in the vast Ocean. I do not claim to know the shape of the shoreline :-))
