Go to grassfire (dot) org/42/petition.asp and follow a link at the top left corner for petitions. Join the "Secure Our Borders" petition. Voice your opinion against rewarding illegals for breaking the law. Send everyone you know to this petition. I would put the exact link to the site here, but yahoo is blocking that.
The idea of rewarding illegals who broke the law with a path to citizenship is ridiculous. Our government is a worthless disgrace.

In response to balasubas... I also support legal immigration, but if you are referring to rewarding the 12 million illegals, who have already broken the law by crossing the border, with a chance to apply and wait for their green card within America, I disagree with you.

In fiscal year 1995, about $1.1 billion in AFDC and Food Stamp benefits
were provided to households with an illegal alien parent for the use of his
or her citizen child. This amount accounted for about 3 percent of AFDC
and 2 percent of Food Stamp benefit costs. A vast majority of the
households receiving these benefits resided in a few states—85 percent of
the AFDC households were in California, New York, Texas, and Arizona; 81
percent of Food Stamp households were in California, Texas, and Arizona.
California households alone accounted for $720 million of the combined
AFDC and Food Stamp benefit costs, with such households representing
about 10 percent of the state’s AFDC and Food Stamp caseloads.

We tried that when earlier. regardless of the shown fact that, as you could locate, the amnesty software did no longer precisely sparkling up the unlawful immigration concern then, and that i doubt every person particularly believes it is going to now. in no way the president or the Secretary of DHS, Mr. Chertoff. the previous software became riddled with issues, fraudulent purposes, and so on. applicants had to "tutor" they have been interior the U. S. earlier a undeniable date. no longer an common component for an unlawful to do, commonly sufficient. many human beings utilized for amnesty with out even getting into the U. S., aided by ability of unscrupulous legal experts and immigration advocates and abetted by ability of corrupt INS officers, in fairly some circumstances. every person who ever worked with this technique or its aftermath ought to bypass on and on. The mere rumor that it would start up returned led to greater suitable numbers of ability illegals fending off North, and from different guidelines besides in larger numbers as individuals had to get right here earlier it opened as a fashion to qualify. as an occasion, the numbers of Salvadoreans employing for passports went up heavily there after Bush started out speaking approximately his software, a number of years in the past. each and every time it looks like we'd concentration on it, greater individuals take off. Had the 1st software easily resulted in some style of drop off with unlawful immigration, all of it's intendent issues might have been particularly surely worth the value. instead, the undertaking on the instant's lots larger than it became then. provide me a clarification why it would be distinctive this time and that i will evaluate helping it.

I say send them back. I live in california and we have a lot of people coming in. I was living in a house full of chinese people. As soon as they get here they apply for aid. Some of them are stealing money from welfare, they have fake ID's and collect more than one check.

Those that are law breakers, no. However, if they pay for the paperwork, work permits, back ground checks, and fall in line behind those who have already done those things and are in our country legally, then, yes.
