Yes / I do. I cut it up real small and sometimes I add a little relish... I put celery in tuna salad also..

I don't. It makes the deviled egg too much like egg salad for me.
I do know some people who do, and some who use celery seed and/or celery salt, though.
Here's a website that is just about deviled eggs: http://www.deviledeggs.com/deviled_egg_recipes.html

I happen to think my deviled eggs are the best :) I use mayo, mustard, onion salt, dill, black pepper and just enough pickle juice to make the texture nice and smooth, then I beat the mixture with a hand mixer, put it all into a large ziploc bag, cut the corner off and pipe it into the egg halves :)

Its just me but NO!!! Deviled eggs should be creamy and smooth. I have however found a new twist on them. Make as usual with the yolk and mayo salt and pepper BUT instead of dill relish add a little horseradish and finely, paper thin sliced green onion!! Kicks it up and its yummy if you like things with a little kick to them!

No, I'd serve it on the side - I like deviled eggs to go down smooth - but that's just me.

i bet that'd be good if you diced the celery really small...i've had them with water chestnuts before and the crunch was nice!
