If you're in Excel, go to your page setup.

In the "Sheet" tab go to the "Rows to repeat at top" field, and enter the range that you want to repeat. If it's only the top row, generally, you'd enter $1:$1...The dollar sign here indicates a constant, so it will never change. The colon tells the system that it's a range...this means the range is always row 1 to always row 1.

If you wanted to include the top two rows, you'd enter $1:$2.

If you need to repeat the column listings, you can enter the same type of data in the "Columns to repeat at left" field, but you'd use letters instead of numbers. For example, it might say $A:$D, which would show the first four columns.

It depends on what program you're using. If it's Excel, File Menu --> Page Setup --> Sheet tab. Then get the correct row and column numbers into the windows for "rows to repeat at top" and "columns to repeat at left." Unless you already know how to type them in manually, use the range button at the end of the window to set them up.

For Word: select the row(s) you want as field names, go to table menu and click on repeat tittle files (or rows, I use the spanish version).
