Although Airwolf is heavily armored, Kitt could bring it down with it's micro-wave jammer. If the Airwolf tried to shoot at the Night Rider, the armor coated body of Kitt, would withstand the blast. Good question!

I would have to say KITT b/c I loved Knight Rider. Never really watched Airwolf. Sorry, I'm a girl.

Airwolf would have this fight won before it started. Kitt was destroyed by Goliath. Airwolf has too many missles, and could shoot from way out of KITT's jammer range. Airwolf would head with the victory without having to get into KITT's range.

this is such a open question, you need more specific peramiters, race, fight, cool looking , best to pick up chicks etc...
