Power or manual window? Try pinching the window between your fingers and pulling up or push down slowly but firmly....otherwise, it's pull the inside door trim off and try to unhook the window regulator from the window---sometimes, there's a guide plate at the bottom of the window that unbolts from the glass... and wedge something in the track or under the window to keep it up.
