this sounds like a disaster- you are basically starving yourself! you should actually be starting with a good breakfast (try fruit, yogurt, some jam on that toast), which kickstarts your metabolism for the whole day (meaning you burn more calories throughout the day). drinking lots of water is good, you should drink between 6-8 glasses in one day. the key to losing weight is getting out there and exercising- but your body needs nutrients to be able to do that. if you want to eat good meals with less calories, considering incorporating legumes (lentils, beans) into your diet and eat lots of high fibre, fruits and veggies. good luck!

no. There's no protein, and very little with any nutrients at all in your diet--you need vitamins, minerals, carbs, proteins, etc., even a little fat. The exercise is good, though.
Starving yourself is never a good idea--you lose strength/muscle, and it's far too easy to get it all back.
Try mixing up a fruit smoothie--use fruits with high fiber content, and plenty of Vitamin C, mix with a banana & maybe yogurt.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Too few calories and you won't meet your nutritional requirements. Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains, nuts, and beans, low in saturated fat (main sources are animal and dairy), low in refined, processed, or "man-made" foods like crackers and toast, and you will lose weight quickly. You didn't mention your gender, age, or starting weight?

there is no easy way to answer this question but basically eat right (and that means dont eat too much or too little your meal plan is a little inadequate, avoid too much fatty and sugary foods, a little indulgence is okay just remember everything in moderation) and exercise
