Put her feet in a large bowl or pan of cold water with a little ice to stop the continued burning. After a few minutes pat them dry and put on a first aid cream with a pain killer in it, like Neosporin, and bandage it. Give her an aspirin to kill the pain so she can sleep.
In the am. re bandage it with the Pain reliever cream.
I am a grandmother and I will give you the rule of childhood injuries. NONE HAPPEN BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY.
THEY ALL HAPPEN AFTER FIVE AND ON THE WEEKENDS.
Pay attention to this to make sure it does not get infected.
Toothpaste on a burn??. I have never heard of that.

Burns are not something to mess around with and she was burned by a solding iron... how the hell did that happen in the first place????
Go to the Hospital right away, do not put it off. How would you feel if something very bad happened from the burn, like a major infection that caused her even more pain, you would feel like a crappy parent.
GO!

You have already removed the source of the burn. Now to cool it,submerse her foot in coolwater-not running water, to stop the burn process. Ointments are bad because they can trap the heat in and causemore damage andinfection. After a few minutes, remove her foot from the water and bandage it with damp gauze and take herto the hospital.DO NOT remove the bandage yourself,as the skin may stick and come off causing more damage. The hospital will treat it more definately.

Even if it's late, you have to take her to the hospital! I burned myself once when I touched my electric stove (didn't realize it was on) and I didn't go to the hospital, and it resulted in an infection, swollen hand and it would bleed profusely.
Better be safe than sorry.

Even though you said you are not going to. I would still recommend taking her to the hospital.

Flush with cool running water, apply moist dressings and bandage loosely. Keep area clean washed out often and clean dressings. Will be painfull and will take a little while to heal...
