You will get as many ways to find God as people respond to your post. Please bear these points in mind as you make your search:
a) All paths lead to God, even if there are billions of people who tell you otherwise.
b) Whatever you do that makes you (give and receive) love the people around you more is OK.
c) As you progress spiritually, you will be led to the right path for you.

I'm of the personal belief that we find our deities when and if we need them. I'm not sure how to answer your first question because I don't remember a life without Atum (the All, the highest deity) so I never had to really search for deity, I simply had to find the right path (for me) to develop a personal connection with deity. I do believe all paths lead to deity (or God if you want to call the highest deity that) for someone. Personally, I think each person should find their own path.

No, all paths do not lead to God. To find God ask God to reveal himself to you. He is God. Simple answer.

You can find God in His word ,try to find God in the silence of your thoughts and your heart, look for God in others look for God in your work you do ,and be open to others and discern whether God is speaking through them to help you on your path to God/

The only way to God is through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Invite Jesus into your heart/life.
Accept Him as your Lord and savior
Believe He died for your sins and God raised Him from the dead.
Confess your sins
Ask for forgiveness.
Jesus will send the Holy Spirit who reveals the Truth.

"And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever."- 1 Chron 28:9 KJV
Tourists rarely take great photographs. They seldom make the effort t obe at the right spot at the right time to get the right angle of light in the right weather conditions. To capture beautiful outdoor pictures, professional photographers are careful to view the scene from different angles, during different seasons, and at different times of day.
This makes us wonder if the reason some people don't have a clear picture of the beauty and glory of God is that they make a snap judgments. They come to wrong conclusions about God based on a bad church experience, or an encounter with someone who claims to be a Christian but isn't living like one. They misjudge what the Lord is like and turn away from Him, feeling disillusioned.
The pursuit of God involves more than casual observation. King David told his son Solom, "If you seek Him, He will be found of thee" (1 Chronicles 28:9). The psalmist said, "Blessed are those who... seek Him with whole heart!" (Psalm 119:2). And the author of Hebrews wrote that God rewards "those who diligently seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6).
To see and know God in all His fulness and glory, we can't approach Him like tourists. We need to seek Him at all times, with all our heart.
TO FIND GOD, WE MUST BE WILLING TO SEEK HIM.

Pray, study, and show love to others. Ask God every day to reveal Himself to you. Eventually you will have an experience of such overpowering love and peace that you will surrender your whole life to Him. (Hint: You can save a lot of time by reading the four Gospels)
