My faith and my family

You've asked a question which is really inspiring me to think! Besides the obvious biological urge or instinct for survival, I am wondering what psychological concepts have caused me to lead the life I have. I know that, as a child, the idea of being successful was impressed upon me and apparently assimilated because I have always aspired to reach that paramount goal, though perhaps I may not have worked so diligently in its behalf as I might have. My personal desire, thus my true vocation or driving force, I concede, has been to make my existence worthy of my having been born, and to that end to create a lasting manifestation of my having been here -- in my case, a book or esoteric memoir, which I wrote and published.

I was going to say ATP too, but of course that comes from food, which eventually came from the sun. Of course the sun came from the universe itself, so literally the answer is just nature. But, that's the driving force for everything by this logic.

Metaphorically, I'm the type of guy who would go on living life, enjoying it and working at it, even without a driving force. My wife is probably my biggest inspiration right now, but before I met her I was still living just fine.

My best friend. I know that she'll always be there for me, and I know I'll always be there for her. I work really hard to make sure that she has everything she needs, and that's she's totally happy. I am a total actress/singer, and she's determined to make sure that I make it. Some people say I'm just not good enough to make it in the theatre industry, but my best friend says I can do it. So I keep trying. Without her, I don't know where I'd be.

Also, God is a driving force for me. I know that he put me here to do something, and I'm going to find out what that thing is.

Electromagnetism.

The Strong-Weak nuclear force is irrelevant at any real range, and Gravity is trivial in day-to-day experience except that it keeps me on the planet.
