Where can i find a good selection of shoes for bridesmaids (wearing chocolate colored dresses) and for the bride (in ivory)? Is it possible to find chocolate brown ballet slippers?

Any wedding store would have shoes to match a traditional ivory gown, and also shoes which can be dyed to match. I know David's Bridal stores have ballet slippers which can be dyed to match bridesmaids gown, and they are really cheap.

Try ninewest.com, they have a bridal selection or payless. Payless will dye the shoes for you. You just pick out the style and color. They currently have 3 styles available. Or go to the knot.com and look to see what they suggest.

Great selection (including ballet flats), all dye-able! My sister used these at her wedding, the color-match was dead-on!
