I was like that too...
One a day makes a daily vitamin with energy its in a green label bottle.
Its basically caffenie without the soda and calorie intake. Try that and see if it helps cut your soda in half. It worked for me and now I am down to maybe one a day.

Ok I used to drink at least 4 mt. dew's a day and usually a red bull or 2, I quit by switching to diet peach snapple iced tea, its so good i don't even think about drinking pop n e more, I also take a vitamin called "alive" it helps with the energy part. I won't lie i do still drink redbull when ever i drink vodka but hey its better than before.
Good luck.

Try drinking seltzer water. Seltzer water is basically a soda without any flavors. Don't confuse Seltzer soda with club soda. Latter has salt.
I found, what I really wanted was the fiz, not the flavor or caffine. That might work for you.

I dropped caffeine for all time this past january, when i went to the hospital for heart irregularities. They told me the "galloping heart" -- the palpitations and all that -- can bring on a stroke in anyone of any age. After that, I swore off all caffeine, and I had been a hardcore cola drinker forever.
Consider quitting your gift to yourself and your loved ones.

yes it will help you lose weight and make your teeth white if you stop drinking that much...but i would gradually stop drinking it...cuz it can be really hard to just stop...instead of 6 a day...try 4 for a week or 2...then go down to 2 sodas a day...that might help! and once you stop drinkning that i would drink flavored water! (its really good!)

Try diet pop to help you at first...caffeine is a legal drug, so you CAN suffer withdrawls.
Cut back to half for one week, then cut that in half the next week, so on and so forth. Withdrawls can make you pretty sick, so I don't recommend quitting cold turkey.
