(cheese, chicken? dressings, veggies, almonds? croutons? etc...)

grilled chicken if its supposed to be a large meal. NOT FRIED
veggies.
almonds if theyre your thing
NO croutons - theyre bad for you.
fat free dressing/low fat, low in sodium.

cheese is acceptable - its really healthy but high in fat..so only a little amount.

All of the above, but instead of dressing try tossing your salad in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The balsamic vinegar will add a lot of flavor but very few calories.

Use some spring mix, spinach, candies nuts or walnuts, dried cranberries, slices of mandarin oranges and bite size chunks of avocado topped lightly with a raspberry vinaigrette. Yummy!! It is a meal all by itself.

Do not use iceburg lettuce. It has no nutritional value. The more color in the salad, the more nutrients your body is getting.

Avacodo or raw, unsalted seeds such as sunflower
Sprouts
