Please take care of yourself and get a check up with the doctor. Even most Chiropractors can diagnose and treat. If it is a pinched nerve or vertebrae out of place, you don't want to let it continue. I have fibro in my shoulder blades and up and when it is real bad it goes all the way down my arms and into my hands almost as though I have hit my funny bone.
Be careful, if it is a pinched nerve or vertebrae stretching can make it worse.
Try this for immediate temporary relief.
You can either cut down a towel or use a hand or dish towel. sew the three sides like your making a pillow, put inside long grain rice as a filler. Only enough to fill 1/4 to1/3 (or more if you'd like) of the inside. Finish sewing up. Now you can either place in the freezer for 20-30 min + or stick it in the microwave for seconds to minutes until the temp you want. The rice bag will hold the temp for quite a while and will mold around your body. Great for any pain or discomfort and will last forever as long as you don't get it wet. Good Luck!!!

A Chiropractic adjustment will fix this. When vertebrae are slightly misaligned the pain radiates around the body or into the arms.
I am amazed at how many people tolerate pain for such long periods of time without getting an adjustment at the CHIROPRACTOR to stay feeling as well as possible.
Our family has gone to a Chiropractors most of our lives. I
cannot figure out why everyone doesn't do it. The 15th of each month I get a 30 minute deep tissue massage with his therapist and an adjustment and feel 90 percent well for the month. This only costs $50.00 a month, less than others spend on soda for a month.
I hope you feel better soon.

Are you sure you don't have heart problems? These are classic symptoms. If you haven't had your heart checked then you should do so.
If not your heart, then I would next guess neurological problems. Maybe spinal alignment, disc problems, etc. Anything that might cause problems with the spinal column or spinal nerves. I had similar symptoms once with a dislocated rib. It was not in both arms though, only the affected side.
Best of luck, hope you find the source and get some relief.

You could have a pulled trapezius muscle in your shoulder. This causes burning, aching pain in your upper back and down your arms. Try stretching exercises, if this doesn't help call your family doctor for some muscle relaxers and a physical therapy consult.

You could have an impingement of one of your nerves or even disc problems like bulges or herniation. If it continues for too long or becomes too problematic, go see a doc. They can order x-rays or MRI's to find out the problem.
