i've heard more than a few times that strawberries don't contain calories. is this true? and if not, how many calories are in a serving? (and how big do you consider one serving of strawberries?)

its not true - all fruit have a lot of calories and sugar - one cup has about 100cal

Strawberries do have calories but not very many. Weight watchers would make a medium portion 1/2 a point. I think you could probably eat as many as you liked without damaging your figure. Your stomach would fill up first. Enjoy!

No all food you consume has calories. But it is low in calories as a most fruits and vegetables. 1/2 cup should be a serving.
