boil a liter of water or more, take the pot off the stove, leave it sitting for 3-5 minutes. then cover your head with a big sheet such that it covers the pot as well and no steam escapes, i.e. make a tent like structure with you as the pole. now sit in there and breath that steam for 15-20 minutes, this will give you a runny nose but clear it up good, do this 3-5 times a day, good luck
