there is not optimal time --- its just as long as the lady wants --- if its the first date ok if its the wedding night so be it --- i want to be with her and the sex is secondary

There are plenty of girls who don't have that hangup. If your goal is to just get in her pants, stop wasting time and find another one. But if you really like her, then you have to deal with that 'wait' time. Really, the 'wait time' is a social and psychological barrier. As long as she's of legal age, she can make her own decisions, and if you're both responsible, there's protection available to thwart unwanted pregnencies and diseases.

if she wants to wait tilll mairage then so be it youll have more fun later( youll still be with her compared to if you try to convince her to have sex and she dumps you)
