u shouldn't do either! Tanning will cause you to have cancer. did you know that 20 minutes in a bed/booth is like staying in the sun for 6hrs. laying out! The skin cancer you get will get frozened by doctors and cut off! then they sew back together with the skin surrounding the spot that had too much sun. It looks hideous! i saw a person who had it! and it was a doctor! she had it on top of her nose so, she showed pics and you could see the inside of her nose!!!!! and if you don't have surgery you'll die!!!!

yeah they do , but its harmful because of they use the fact that UV rays make ur skin darker by producing more melanin.
when u go in the sun the same thing happens but obviously less UV so using tannning beds u'll get darker.
i don't suggest it. if u don't know by now uv rays can change ur DNA -resulting in the chance of mutations aka u increase the risk of cancer.
i strongly suggest tanning lotions ,as technology advances the tans are getting more realistic .its not worth increasing the chance of cancer for a tan that fades.

yes, but it's not really healthy. anyway, if you do go to one, you have to start out w/ just about 10 mins, no more, cause other wise, you'll burn, especially if you are not used to going & you're fair skinned. slowly increase after the first couple of weeks.

Yes - they also get your skin more damaged, which makes you look more old, and make you more susceptible to skin cancer.
