Say you go to court and the judge finds in favor of the collection agencie and you want to pay the money the judge awards on the spot will you still have a judgement on your credit file? Even if you paid then and there

WE have tried to settle with them ,They are over chargeing us intrest fees and attorney fees according to our lawyer and accourding to the law we are countering suing them under the FCRA laws on more then one count.

We did not let it get to that level the collection agencie did.

No, the creditor will have no reason to report your debt to a credit reporting agency so long as you pay it immediately. But, if you are willing to pay the judgement you are better off negotiating with them prior to going to court and you will probably get a better deal.

Yes, since you let it go to that level, if the company reports it to the credit bureaus and by that time, they probably already have.
