It could be the flu, stress, an ulcer, etc.
Check with a doctor. Write down when it starts to hurt, when it gets worse, etc.

Depends on what you mean by "hurts." It could be nothing more serious than a simple gastroenteritis (a clue to this would be the presence of diarrhea along with your stomach pain). It could be food poisoning (doubtful). You may have ulcers. You could have cancer. Maybe your gallbladder needs to come out. Maybe you have pancreatitis. There are so many things that it could be that it is that there is no possible way to summarize them.
You need to include things like timing of the pain. Is it always there? What makes it better? What makes it worse? Describe it more than just "hurt" - is it sharp, dull, crampy, stabbing, etc? Are you losing weight? Are you sweating at night? What does your stool look like? How many bowel movements have you had recently? What is your past medical and surgical history?
Answer these and maybe you will have a better chance at getting some answers.

There's no way to get a safe diagnosis over the Internet. I would strongly urge you to see a doctor.

umm have you tried feeding your stomach? If you are so concered go see a doctor, you probably have an ulcer, or heartburn, or it could be somthing else. Talk to a physician or feed yourself!

So many things could be wrong, from a simple intestional flu, to more serious gastro problems... you need to call your doctor and meanwhile stick to a bland diet.

Sounds like your appendix. It's not too serious if you get it taken care of right away. If not, it will burst and you will have serious problems. Go to your doctor immediately!
