i know its not better than real water.. but is it good for you? whats the healthiest kind? isnt it the healthiest drink besides water?

if it does not contain added sugar (high fructose corn syrup). If it does contain the corn syrup, you might as well drink a sprite.

If the flavoring is natural juice squeezed from the fruit then, yeah, it's okay.

I'd say the healthiest drink besides water is green or white tea (but not too much - caffeine)

I don't know but always read the labels on these things. Crystal Light has some flavor powder thingys that are only 5 cal. a pack and there's no sugar or any of that kind of crap (my mom buys them all the time) compared to the 30 cal. Kool-Aid has.

Just look at the label. The biggest farce it that Vitamin Water, look at the grams of sugar per serving and then look at how many servings are in 1 bottle. If you pay attention to these things you will end up just drinking plain water. I started paying attention to labels big time and I have changed my habits and watch everything. So many "healthy" items are not what their cracked up to be.

no its not if you are really sick of the taste of water its a good replacement but no more than a a botlte a day or everyother day is considered healthy. i love the danon which is carb and suger free and tastes wonderful especially the berry! hmmm tasty
