If the school closes while you are attending and before you complete your degree, I believe your loans will be given...the loans you took out at that school. Contact the federal processor at 800-433-3243 or contact NSLDS at 800-999-8219 for information about what to do now.

The company you got the loan through still wants their money. The grants come from the government and should still be available to you at a new college...The college is just the go between, so if they closed...the money you owe for student loans goes to the financial company that you picked to be your lender and the grants will follow you to your next school as long as you have done all the right paper work.
