Colleges do not send report cards! College students are generally 18 or over 18 and are considered adults. Their grades go to them and it is up to them to let the parents know their grades. Even though the parents pay the bills, it makes no difference. Parents cannot even get copies of the grades unless the student agrees. Good luck!

Well...I do receive my grades in the mail each semester in addition to being able to check them online.

Only some do...Normally public ones don't but sometimes you can just check it by Internet
