There is no real way to lose weight fast. It's impossible. Losing weight takes time and patience. Trust me, I've been there.

Diet pills don't work; they actually raise your heart rate to dangerous levels, which can kill you...even if you are healthy.

Start by going to your doctor and asking him/her for a referral to a dietician/nutritionist. Eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis. If you still can't bear to part with your unhealthy snacks, then eat them in moderation. If you like fast food, then split that 500 cal. cheeseburger with a friend (skip the fries and order a side salad or just split the fries) and order diet soda or water. And remember, don't do fast food on a regular basis.

The only healthy way to lose weight is to lose about 1-2 lbs. a week. It may seem slow but you never gained weight overnight so you shouldn't expect to lose it overnight either.

Don't skip meals because it will not only make you hungrier but it will cause you to splurge and eat more. Eat your three squares with three healthy snacks in between meals.

More importantly, love yourself for who you are. Don't worry about what others say about your body.

With a combination of exercise and healthy eating, plus a determination to see through yr dieting. You might want to read articles that can give you better understanding on the choices available.
