Yes. Actually, if it didn't happen you should be worried. When you cross your eyes, you expose a part of the eye that is normally unnoticed by your brain. Because you loose focus from the iris' perspective, you can find your "blind spot". It's actually called the optic disk. There's no photosensitive cells there, so it appears black.

It's perfectly normal because when you cross your eyes, they can no longer focus and work together. You're forcing each eye to see a different image.

Yes I think it does.I just asked every kid in my class to cross there eyes and the all saw black borders
