Well, first I would be concerned that the puppy has not had it's shots. A reputable breeder will ensure the puppies have been checked by a vet, and would have started puppy shots already.
Depending on the size and bloodlines, you may pay anywhere from $400-$2000. (Beware "teacup" dogs. That is just a fancy name for a runt. The "pet quality" toy poodles, which will be cheaper, are the ones over the AKC breed standard height (10 inches), or that have other faults that makes them undesirable to show, but they still make great pets!

sadiejan has it just right! Go to poodle rescue! They will have their shots, you can get a history on them or parents if they are pups and they will have their shots and be checked for any physican problem.
You will have a full-breed, get a great dog and pay a fraction of the cost.
Most breeders are reputable but there are a lot out there running puppy mills which is cruel and inhumane.
I presently have three toy poodles, mother and two daughters from Poodle rescue. They are 10 and 8 y.o. Got them at six weeks and they are healthy, smart, loving, affectionate and can't imagine not having them.
Just type in poodle rescue and you will find your local chapter.

No breeder should sell you a puppy without their shots. An apricot toy poodle should be no less than $500 and be no more than $1000. It also depends if you are planning on showing the dog or breeding the dog. Shop around a lot, and don't be afraid to just set up an appointment to check out some litters and ask questions.

if it has no shots it is not a reputable breeder. Puppy shouldn't leave until 12 weeks. Prices vary a lot so there is no correct answer Go to a poodle rescue

That depends on the reputation of the breeder and the quality of the breeding. I'm more familier with German shepherd Dogs; for them, it varies from about $100 to $10,000 (or higher if not a puppy).

I wouldn't buy a puppy that didn't have any shots. The breeder should have all pups vaccinated with 2 series of shots before placing them.
From a reputable breeder, you're looking at about $600 for a pet pup.

Petsmart does not sell puppies. Petsmart, Petco, and different chain puppy shops commonly have a partnership with community canines rescues. The canines rescues will sometimes deliver canines for adoption to the shop for human beings to fulfill and doubtless evaluate adopting. there may well be a toy poodle for adoption there, the value might basically be a small adoption value.
