I've been going through a stressful time lately with exams etc. Although I'm normally not sensitive, the tiniest thing sets me off these days.

How can I control my emotions and stop crying all the time?

Stress can cause reactive depression. Crying is the mind's way of releasing tension and not a bad thing. If after the exams the problem continues then you should seek counseling.

God invented us and all the depression stuff too. There is a classical beginning to serious depression that starts with crying jags . The chemicals in the fluid around the lower brain are too strong now and cause you to cry to change the chemistry. Be safe in a safe place . Look to the outsiders to help you as some winner-players are only doing games. There is an insult that some never recover from. Ask ask ask .The upper brains hate to erase wrong expectations.

Pansy - you don't need to CONTROL your emotions and stop crying. You probably need to cry more.

Emotions are ENERGIES IN MOTION in our bodies. Emotions are meant to be FELT and RELEASED.

Every time you don't allow yourself or you aren't allowed to fully experience an emotion, to feel it, and to move through it, the energy of that emotion becomes stopped and blocked in your body. It remains blocked until you go back and re-experience that emotion. Then the energetic block is freed and cleared. Virtually all of our physical ailments come from energetic blocks in our bodies, energetic patterns that are connected to our emotional patterns.

If emotions have been BLOCKED for a long time, eventually they just start to LEAK out, like in crying all the time.

One good way to get rid of blocked emotions is to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Emotional Tapping. You have some underlining issues more than just your exams...think hard, analyize yourself for a sec. What has changed lately? Why are u anxious? New bf? problems at home? I think you can answer these questions.

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Jesus died on the Cross on our behalf to save us from sin and qualifies us to Heaven. God can also give us a life of joy, peace and meaning, on earth. go into the wilderness where u are alone with no humans and get yourself lost.

thats what i do.

just make sure u dont get so lost.
