What's a stone? In the U.S. that means a rock. Also, I dont understand how much you weigh. . .wish I could help.
Okay - I looked up stone - it's 14 lbs. So, you weigh 115 lbs? Sheez - you're tiny. Maybe you should worry about toning up. Unless your 10 years old you better not lose any more weight!!!

For those who don't know 1 stone is 14 lbs.
500 calories a day is starvation, and that is no way to lose weight. Try eating more vegetables and fruit, make your portions smaller and take some walks. Avoid any pops or fizzy drinks, avoid alcohol. Try on alternative to sugar, Slenda is excellent as you can substitue it cup for cup for sugar and you won't notice the diffference.
People drink way to much pop, my bf lost 10 lbs in one month just by cutting out pop.

eating only 500 calories is very bad and might even cause you to keep the weight you have. your body will think it's being starved, which it is, and hang on to every calorie it can. reduce the amount you eat now by 500 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. you can lose that much weight by July if you watch what you eat and exercise 30 minutes every day.

Not a good plan. 8 stone 3 lbs is tiny unless you are about 3 inches tall. Don't risk heart failure and cancer etc starving yourself when you are already a healthy weight. You will just end up with dull skin and hair, bad nails and no sparkle in your eyes. Be proud of yourself just the way you are. Enjoy your holiday. x

No it wouldnt' it makes your metabolism slower so you put it back on faster.
I'm trying to eat about 1000 a day. apparatnly that's low, but i guess it depends on how fast your metabolism is.
count calories is the best thing that works for me.
eat foods that fill you for along time (oats, apples, green veg) not things that fill you up alot, but for a short time (bananas etc)
instead of 3 big meals, have more, but small meals. this works for me.

u know what's good for you, eat that only...list it out. chicken breasts, carrots, raisins, apples, turkey, tuna, tomatoes..and eat ONLY that. I think if you stick to foods that are good for you and stop eating crap then you will lose quickly. And no cokes or juices..
