I think the Clintons are CINO's (Christian In Name Only) and the Romneys have walked the walk. That is often the case with Mormons. They live a cleaner life than most other Christians.
I would like Father Guido to provide the clause in the Constitution that prohibits politicians from being judged on their religious beliefs. The founding fathers expected us to vote for politicians based on our religious, moral and ethical beliefs.
As to Jeff S: I call anyone who believes in Jesus as a Christian. I may not agree with their beliefs, but they believe in God and Jesus.

I agree with you about Sharpton. That guy is really unbelievable.
As to the main question, I have no doubt that both of the candidates in question have valid religious beliefs and personal values that are acceptable to the nation as a whole.
The relevant question to me is who would be the more effective leader. At this point, I'm inclined to think it is Mitt. He has proven that he is a tremendous leader who can get things done. Mrs. Clinton, on the other hand, has proven that she can play the political game and has a high-profile name. Other than that...not a whole lot there to make me want to vote for Billary.

"Is this typical Christian bigotry on the left?"
No, it is guilt by association.
"Who has lead a Christian life, the Clintons or Romneys?"
False either/or. It could be that neither or both have lived a Christian life. That's something for God to decide.

Tough question and my biased answer would have to be the Romneys, because we have seen eight years of the lives of the Clintons, and they certainly do not walk the walk. They stand so much for that which is Anti-Christ. And Hillary is deeply anti-semitic.
I do not know enough about the Romneys to say the Romneys are any better, which makes this a heavily biased answer.

Mr gedger,
Personally, I see no discernible difference in either of them. I am also NOT a Mormon. I am a Christian and also NOT a follower of Al Sharpton's beliefs. Hillary believes that abortion is a woman's right. I certainly disagree with that on a religious standpoint. I believe that murder is no one's right! I do not have enough information on Mr Romney yet but I do not agree very closely with the Mormon stance on many issues. I will vote for the candidate's agenda and their reputation as a politician when I do vote. It is positive that I would never vote for a Clinton for any reason. Her husband was a liar and a cheat and she deid not separate herself from him so I would not vote for her on that reason alone. Have a wonderful week.
Thanks,
Eds

Although it shouldn't sway your vote... Mitt Romney, as it would seem, has led a more Christ orientated life. I myself am a Mormon (Latter Day Saint to be exact) So I know what Mitt's values are.
Faith in Jesus Christ
Families are part of Heavenly Fathers plan
and Choosing the Right even when no one is looking.

That is precisely the problem with this country.
People making decisions on who their leader should be based on which kind of imaginary friend they have.
It is also why Atheists feel a need to be more vocal, someone has to point out the ridiculous state of the USA.
If would be laughable if it was not so damn tragic.

Look at all the choices, you have socialist left wing nut, mormon left wing nuts hiding in the right wing, muslims hiding as christian left wing nuts and right wingers who believe only in power.
You have a republican who believes in abortion and gay rights and is in the lead among republicans.
I fear we will end up with a female socialist left wing defeatocrat president with a muslim vice prez defeatocrat and an all defeatocrat congress and house. Then we can all work to give away our country and wealth to all those that would kill or steal or convert us.
You have no idea how many time I had to hit ignore on speel check to write this.
God help America...

Amen nemrod777.
Hilary's pretty scary and so's Obama.
Did everyone forget the scandel that BOTH CLINTON's were involved in prior to the "bill/monica" incident?
So to answer your question, neither has led a Christian Life.
