Sounds pretty good, but I'd skip the OJ and replace it with real fruit (cut oranges, banana, kiwi fruit, or berries). The difference between OJ and the real thing, nutritionally speaking, is like night and day.

I would switch to a cereal with more fiber than Special K. (Just make sure that it is also low in sugar.) Wheat toast is good, just be sure that the number one ingredient is whole wheat flour -- not wheat flour or unbleached flour. I would go ahead and use butter instead of margarine, as there is no evidence that margarine is any better for you, and often margarine contains hydrogenated oils. Instead of the Activa yogurt, just have plain lowfat yogurt with fresh strawberries or other fruits mixed in. My philosophy with regard to fruit juice is this: you're better off having a glass of water and eating an orange. The actual whole fruit has more fiber and other nutrients than the juice and will do a better job of filling you up.

That sounds like a BIG breakfast to me! Most people would have either the cereal OR the yogurt, I believe. I worry that the orange juice would offset the taste of all he strawberry, as well. Is the orange juice making you feel queezy at all when you eat all the strawberry things?

Lay off the juice and add more protein. Do you like egg whites? have two egg whites and one egg yolk with a piece of wheat toast, no butter. That will keep u going 'til snack time.

Sounds good. The orange juice from concentrate are usually full of sugar. You should look for not from concentrate varieties or fresh squeezed if possible.

I would sub soymilk for the skim milk.
If the wheat bread is whole grain yes stick with it. How to tell?
If the first ingredient listed is enriched flour, it's junk.

Sounds good! the only thing I could say (which you reallly do not have to do) just put jelly on the toast instead or butter? ( or just sugar free jelly, some may say. I prefer regular!)
Nice job! :)
