Bulldogs, according to their Standard, should have nothing other than brown eyes.
Eyes "should be quite round in form, of moderate size, neither sunken nor bulging, and in color should be very dark." (AKC Standard)
"Round in shape, of moderate size, neither sunken nor prominent, in colour very dark – almost black – showing no white when looking directly forward." (UK Standard)
This has been the case for so long that I would question whether or not a dog with a blue eye was actually purebred.
Blue eyes can be associated with a lethal white/merle gene in some breeds. If blue eyes were to appear in a Bulldog, I can pretty much guarantee you that it would not be associated with anything good.

Deafness would be a concern as it is in all white dogs with blue eyes. If the ears are colored rather than white deafness is less likely. Plenty of dog breeds however have blue eyes and don't have deafness problems it is the combination of blue eyes and a white coat that can result in deafness, and sometimes blindness. It is a big problem in boxers and Australian shepherds.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7xY
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

no, it souldn't cause any sight problems but it makes it likely his breeding isn't the best or that the bulldog is one of those new olde english bulldogge which is a recreation of the true working bull dog, it's a bigger dog with a more massive frame and isn't as genetically unhealthy as the english bulldog, it is not reconsied by the AKC yet

Actualy, British Bulldogs according to my source have "Eyes are very round, far apart and very dark" One blue eye may indicate a vision defect through breeding. I suggest you check with your vet to see if this is normal.

I wouldn't think it's a bad thing, I know of several dogs where I live with one blue eye and one brown eye. It could be different with EB's.

yes. It's a recessive gene. Not from breeding in other dogs
