I scramble some eggs and fry it in a pan with the pork fried rice, and use some duck sauce or a bit of A-1.

i make a mean jumbalaya with left over chinese food quite often.

just toss in some frozen shrimp and polish sasuage (pork or turkey will work).

slice up some green peppers, celery and onion, toss in a little hot sauce and salt, heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, put overtop rice and eat up. it's really good.

grill some Asian garlic chicken breasts and slice them up and warm up the rice and roll them up in a burrito size tortilla for an Asian wrap.
