Excuse me, How tall are you?
If you don't mind, How tall are you?
Begging your indulgence, What is your height?
Try not to ask when the person you want to ask is "vertically" challenged.
Answer only when you're asked. Not everyone wants to volunteer that sort of info, nor hear about it from someone from out of the blue, especially about the weight.

are you building him a spacesuit? why do you need to know? are you personally involved with this person or is it someone you barely know? Honestly, it's not question that I can see as being invasive or inappropriate, unless the person is a dwarf or a giant. Ask away. And don't be afraid to tell them how tall you are or how much you weigh. Try just being honest, they may appreciate your ability to be direct! Make it fun if it really concerns you. Follow the question with a chuckle...

Never ever ever ask somebody their weight, unless they ask you yours. Period. And for how tall they are, just ask. Just make sure you aren't talking about the weather and what you did last weekend and then all the sudden drop a "how tall are you" bomb on then during an otherwise unrelated conversation topic lol. Its okay to ask about height, just make sure it's in the right context.

if you want to know someone's height, you can give them a nice compliment and then ask the question eg. You are so tall, i want to be as tall as you some day and ask how tall are you?
eg. 2; If you are a girl looking at another girl you can say Oh my gosh you have an amazing height how short or how tall are you?

it's very easy. Just ask the question "how tall are you?" As for the weight, don't even ask. Why not just estimate once you see the person.

you should say, "Excuse me, how tall are you?" just dont ever ask anyone to guess your weight... actually, you would be really annoying if you just came up to me and told me how much you weigh- wait until someone asks.... otherwise-im sure they dont care.

it's pretty simple.
and you shouldn't tell them how much you weigh or how tall you are unless you want to.
