does it contain sumthin you shouldnt have too much of...
or if u keep cracking the seeds can it do damage to your teeth or mouth

Well if they're salted, too much sodium. Other then that... eat them if you want to.

Sunflower seeds are full of salt, which isn't good for you at all...you shouldn't have too much sodium in your daily diet...as far as other things, I'm sure that the seed casings can do damage to you gums and teeth...it really depends on exactly how much ya eatin'!

nah! the seeds are good for you and no your teeth will be fine stick with them i like them too watch out for salt though before i saw on t v that this lady was eating 3 bags of sunflower seeds a day and she got the flu

Not necessarily, unless you're concerned about sodium. My husband quit smoking by munching on sunflower seeds.

Alot of health food stores sell unsalted sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds have a decent amount of protein per serving and i'm pretty sure they are low in fat.

No, what is bad is if a lot of sunflower seeds eat you.

They are good for you but there is too much sodium in them to have more than 1 serving at a time.

Aren't they pretty high in calories? And sodium too if they are salted or flavored.
