You need large mushrooms, 1 lb. of Italian sausage, a Vidalia onion, & some Velveta cheese. Use a soup spoon & hollow out the mushrooms removing the stem & the inside of the cap. Chop the onion pretty fine & mix the Italian sausage with the chopped onion.Fill each cap with the sausage & bake in the oven @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out of oven & place a thin piece of Velveta on each mushroom. Put back in oven until Velveta melts. About 1 minute.
Enjoy!

www.recipezaar.com has tons (literally) of free appetizer recipes. but here is one that i will personally share.

buffalo wings:

chicken wing sections (washed, lightly coated with oil, and seasoned with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper)
arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil and lightly sprayed with Pam.
bake the wings on 350 degrees for 45 minutes until browned.
in a big bowl, pour in a whole bottle of Frank's hot sauce and a half stick of butter and heat it up in the microwave until the mixture is hot and the butter is melted.
place the wings in the bowl and coat all the wings with the sauce.
arrange the wings on a platter and serve with bleu cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.

if you don't want hot wings, you can use bbq sauce instead and do NOT use the butter for the sauce.
enjoy.
