Microsoft Outlook 2003 crashes when sending a mail?

MS outlook crashes when sending a mail. MS error report says it is something to do with ntdll.dll issue. When I remove the network cable it does not crash. Any ideas to resolve the issue. Thanks a lot.

I would suggest two things

1. Remove any anti-virus software to test if this is the cause of your problem.
2. Upgrade to the latest Outlook service pack, there were a problem with the original Outlook 2003

Re install outlook.
