A friend of my husband, who works in a bar of a local restaurant has been taking pictures of women's breasts who are patrons in the restaurant. He then shares them with his co-workers. I know this because he's such an idiot that he will come show them to me (as if I want to see them) and my husband. My question is, should I tell management for the sake of the women knowing he will more than likely be fired or let it go.

It is definitely without the women's knowledge--he boasts that he can do it without them knowing. I'm going to take the suggestion to have my husband speak to him as he probably won't listen to me. If he keeps doing it--I'm going straight to the manager.

That's totally not work appropriate. If you don't know the management call them as if you were a first time customer and had witnessed this. You can complain anonymously.

If the women have no say in whether the picture is even taken, then I would report it. Think about how you would feel if it was your breasts being photographed without your permission and respond accordingly.
If he gets fired, it will not be simply because of your actions. He chose to take the pictures and share them with co-workers. If he didn't chose to take the pictures there wouldn't be a problem. On the other hand if one of the patrons of the restaurant finds out and throws a fit, there is going to be a bigger problem.

It's way out of line. Depending upon what state you are in, it may also be illegal. And it is most certainly not a victimless crime. It is nonconsensual pornography.
I would call up the restaurant and pretend to be a female customer who witnessed this occuring. Threaten to go to the media or tell everyone you know. "Downshirting" is a hot topic these days. This will protect your identity and a manager will most certainly take a customer's complaint much more seriously than one from staff.
I'm hoping the guy's cell phone camera is grabbed with the evidence on it! I am concerned for you that your husband has a friend like this.
And yes, I'd be just as pi**ed if someone were sneaking photo's of my son's parts at Chippendale's. Or my husband's. Or my brother's. Etcetera.

Have your husband tell him to stop.
The jerk won't listen if it comes from a woman (like you) because he disrespects women.
Tell your husband to warn the "friend" that if he doesn't stop doing it then he will tell the friend's boss.
If the Jerk continues to do it, tell you husband to stop hanging out with his "friend". The Jerk will get caught sooner or later.
The co-workers should be in trouble for going along with it.

Why go through channels? Why not be the voice of reason yourself? Next time this chooch shows you a picture, tell him what you think about it -- and don't be afraid to suggest that if (or when) his employers catch wind of this activity, he'll be the lucky recipient of a ticket to the unemployment line. Additionally, tell him that unless he has a good attorney on retainer, he should reconsider his behavior. If just one of his camera 'victims' catches wind of this activity, he could be in for some serious criminal and civil litigation. An unemployment check won't cover it!

I really think that you could handle this situation thru your husband by speaking to him and request that he tell his friend that he should stop doing the filming or he might get fired from his job. If he doesn't respond to your husband's suggestion he really doesn't want or like his job. He deserves to be fired. Persons should not violate someones privacy by filming other persons body without consent.

Put yourself in those ladies shoes.. How would you feel if it was you he had pics of showing to others? Pretty upset I'd say.
He's taking pictures of customers at the restaurant where he works.. tell his boss.

It'n inappropriate to the victims of his photography. Yes, you should tell the manager. Bring some pictures for proof. He should learn how to act in the workplace

Tell! What he's doing is immoral and he needs to be informed in no uncertain terms it's unacceptable. He might be fired, but hopefully that would teach him how unacceptable this behavior is!
If I was a customer and I found out anyone had pictures like that of me, I'd see him fired for certain and not feel bad for a moment.

Unacceptable, immoral and illegal invasion of privacy (camera phones may increase the likelihood of photography which is intrusive or otherwise an invasion of privacy.).
