There is nothing you can do, i have had the same issues for 10 years and never had a penny for 3 children, just have to get on with life or you will get destroyed by the battle, and all your energy taken on negativity.
My ex is self employed so very hard to proove his earnings, after 2 years i desided enough was enough, and removed my name from CSA lists, so i could get on with my life, yes it is anoying to know that they are going on holiday when you can not, and they are buying a house while you struggle to pay rent, but i know that we are happier than he is, and that is priceless! No amount of money would want me to be in his life, so hun, get over it, and move forwards, give your energy to your kids, not to your ex!
Good luck.

honestly no longer. States have baby help rules. those rules are designed to approximate how plenty earnings the baby might get carry of from the obligor’s paycheck. How is the custodial parent meant to checklist this? this is the grocery bill, your baby didn’t consume any of the carrots yet drank 60% of the milk? can we've separate potential and water meters on the baby’s room? countless the expenses that baby help is going to pay finally end up being enjoyed ones expenses (groceries, potential, and so on.). this is no longer lifelike to assume a custodial parent to a minimum of one by one account for all of the cost of residing will boost that are extra on by way of the baby. If the obligor has a issue with how they think of the money is being spent, enable them to petition the courtroom and notice what the choose has to assert. To mandate such an accounting serves honestly no valid objective. Oh, even with what some human beings look to think of, maximum individuals of custodial mothers and fathers are actually not receiving a small fortune each and each month in baby help.

I don't know where you live and child support law varies state to state. There really isn't anything that you can do an less you can prove that he is working. I would contact the Attorney General and see if there is anything they can do to help you in this situation. I know that when my ex-husband wasn't working he still had to pay his child support.

This is a sore subject to me cause of my mistakes.
U have to contact the Attorney Generals office or the dept of children.
U do not need to do anything till he is working or it could be reduced. Proof is what U need even if it's a friend to testify. A picture is worth 1.000 words.
Best wishes

Here's a thought...why don't you take care of the kids first and worry about screwing over your ex later? You are not held accountable for what you do with the money he gives you so why do you think you have the right to make him account for his? Maybe he borrowed the money. Whatever the case, quit trying to get a free ride.

well, he files papers for taxation. this is not secret information, so u might demand to tell u how much money he gets. but if he has nothing there on papers u can't get any more child support, no matter how much he is partying. maybe his new woman is paying for him, how would u know?

Find out where he parties at and take pictures. He can't have his child support suspended b/c what is the child suppose to do? Sit and wait to eat b/c his/her daddy doesn't have money to send them. That is just plum ridiculous

You should be able to get 55% of his income. Call the courts & request an increase. They will schedule a hearing and you will have to give reasons why you need more like an insurance increase or childcare expenses and he will have to defend why he can't pay more with his bills & paystubs.

Nothing. If you can't prove it in court, it doesn't exist.
